ISLAMABAD: After the successful launch of the school service quality management programme in the central region, Beaconhouse on February 3 launched the programme across its network in the north as well.
A launch ceremony was hosted at Beaconhouse Educational Complex, G-15, Islamabad. TV anchor Talat Hussain was the keynote speaker and there was a presentation made by Grassroot Consultant Zeeshan Hasan who is the pioneer of this program. Other guests included Beaconhouse Executive Director Nasir Kasuri, school group heads, school principals, heads of department and head office management. It was followed by a panel discussion and a cake-cutting ceremony.
The programme is an innovative way of engaging with the schools. It enables each school to get monthly feedback regarding the satisfaction of parents with the schools education service standards. It also enables a timely resolution to parent̵7;s complaints, and effective management of student retention.
